It's rare these days that I press play on any muisic platform and I am completely blown away by what I hear. I have always enjoyed jazz elements in extreme music. Nobody ever seemed to want to take a really experimental stab at it though (until now). This is so complex yet has balance. The fluttering free forms of the jazz portions transition effortlessly into the punishing quick harshness of the grind. They even intertwine at some points and it is just beautiful. 10/10 from me. boatvan

I do not normally like this particular combination of sub-genres, but when it works as well as Yautja have managed to pull off on The Lurch, the results are nothing short of…Predatory. It is almost as if the band are hunting down their prey in an unfair competition where they have superior weaponry and defensive measures, taking the skulls of their victims as trophies. This is loud, pummelling, grimy, heavy, and relentless, and no xenomorph, except for maybe a Queen, could withstand this! Ippocalyptica

This is about as good as OSDM gets, to be honest. Blood Incantation are quickly building a pretty flawless discography of modern classics and every release just improves and evolves their sound. Stellar stuff (literally). Colin Kauffman
